Team GRENKE-Auto Eder strong once again
Just like in 2024, the German team achieves two complete podiums
After securing the complete podium at the Grand Prix du Général Patton with the victory of Noah Moeller Andersen (Denmark) ahead of Gijs Schoonvelde (Netherlands) and Roberto Capello (Italy) on Saturday, the German team once again claimed the top three spots at the Grand Prix de Luxembourg, held today around Hosingen. After 106.8 km on a very hilly course, the Dane Noah Moeller Andersen proved to be the strongest once again. The remaining podium spots went to his teammates Gijs Schoonvelde (NL) and Anatol Friedl (Austria). Lenn Schmitz (GP Patton) and Flavio Astolfi (GP Luxembourg) from UC Dippach were the best Luxembourgish riders in the two races.
26th European Youth Criterium
While the Dane Andersen dominated both junior races, it was the young Swiss rider Yannis Berthoud who stood out among the beginners. The rider from the Swiss Cycling team won both stages as well as the overall classification. The best Luxembourgish rider on both days was Loris Morbé from Team Lëtzebuerg.
