Opening of the “Maison du ŠkodaTour de Luxembourg”

A unique journey into the history of the ŠkodaTour de Luxembourg.

On the occasion of the ŠkodaTour de Luxembourg, a brand-new pop-up store has opened its doors right in the heart of Luxembourg City, directly opposite the Grand Ducal Palace. Called the Maison du ŠkodaTour de Luxembourg, the space invites visitors to immerse themselves in the world and history of this iconic cycling race.

In a warm and passionate atmosphere, cycling fans can explore a unique collection of historical newspapers – including one dating back to the very first edition of the race in 1935 – along with specialist magazines, vintage jerseys, and even original water bottles. A special thanks goes to Gilles Bosseler for sharing his collection and contributing to this project.

A cozy Coffee Corner welcomes visitors to take a break, while live broadcasts of the ŠkodaTour allow them to experience the race as it unfolds.

This initiative was made possible through the collaboration of Andy Schleck, President of the ŠkodaTour de Luxembourg, the architecture firm Jim Clemes Associates, and car manufacturer Škoda, a long-standing partner of the race.

The Maison du ŠkodaTour de Luxembourg will be open throughout the entire race. A place well worth discovering for cycling fans and anyone interested in the history of the event.
