Spuerkeess becomes Official Bank of the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg and commits to a long-term partnership
The organizers of the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg are pleased to announce the signing of a strategic partnership with Spuerkeess, which will from now on serve as the Official Bank of the Tour de Luxembourg.
This partnership extends beyond the 2025 edition (17–21 September): it is part of a long-term vision, with a shared ambition to gradually develop new initiatives in support of cycling and Luxembourg’s youth.
The “Spuerkeess Bonus Sprint”: bringing extra excitement to the race
As part of this partnership, Spuerkeess becomes the official sponsor of the – Spuerkeess Bonus Sprint – an intermediate sprint located within the last 60 kilometres of each road stage (excluding the time trial).
This sprint will allow riders to earn bonus seconds for the general classification, as well as a cash prize. It will also give the brand strong, engaging visibility right at the heart of the sporting action.
A strong commitment to youth
In parallel, Spuerkeess is supporting several initiatives for young people, including the creation of dedicated children’s grandstands at selected stages (Mamer, Niederanven, and Luxembourg City).
This commitment paves the way for further educational and participatory projects to be developed in the coming editions.
Andy Schleck, President of TDL Organisation, the race organizer of the Škoda Tour de Luxembourg :
“Welcoming a key player like Spuerkeess is a real opportunity for the Škoda Tour. This partnership goes far beyond sport — it will allow us to create long-term value for the public, for young people, and for Luxembourgish society as a whole.”
Françoise Thoma, CEO of Spuerkeess :
“This partnership reflects our constant commitment to the community. Supporting the Tour de Luxembourg is about much more than being present at a major event — it’s about encouraging passion, perseverance, and participation at every level. We believe in the importance of creating opportunities for young people and sharing moments that bring people together. We are proud to be part of this journey for the years to come.”
